
Charles “Mac” McIntyre IV, Esq.
Mac was born in Wyoming and grew up in western Colorado. During his high school and undergraduate years, he lived in Beijing, China, and Taichung, Taiwan.
He studied Chinese and Japanese at Tunghai University in Taichung, Taiwan. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Mac received his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. in 2013. His studies focused on commercial, corporate, and real estate law. After graduation, Mac worked for a small law firm in suburban Maryland that assisted homeowners with loan modifications, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Mac also volunteered for Maryland Legal Aid, counseling individuals in debt, and bankruptcy-related issues. Mac returned to Colorado in 2015.
Prior to establishing AQMN Law, Mac was an associate attorney at Lau & Choi, P.C., in Denver, Colorado where he practiced civil, criminal, and immigration law. His civil litigation experience includes both state and federal trial and appellate level work, including work before the Colorado Supreme Court. His immigration experience includes affirmative applications before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), removal defense before the EOIR and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), as well as immigration-related litigation in the District Court for the District of Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mac is admitted in Colorado, Maryland, the District Court for the District of Colorado, the District Court for the District of Maryland, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mac is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
Ruby Dominquez, Legal Assistant
Ruby Dominguez is originally from Denver, Colorado. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Ruby worked as a legal assistant for Lau & Choi, P.C., where she met and worked with Charles “Mac” McIntyre. She has continued her journey as a legal assistant with AQMN Law and is excited to assist you in all of your legal needs.
